Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Intimate apparel, such as undergarments
- Jewelry
- Shoes
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at tonya@whimsyhomeanddecor.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Approval: Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
- Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided, ensuring it is securely packaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
In-Store Returns
Local customers can return items in person at our store during regular business hours. Please bring your receipt or order confirmation email.
Refunds (Store Credit Only)
- Store Credit: Refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases at Whimsy Boutique and More.
- Processing Time: Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and use your store credit or place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit as appropriate.
